Instructions
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a lined tin to form the base.
- Warm the strawberry jam slightly, then spread evenly over the biscuit base.
- Scatter mini marshmallows on top of the jam layer. Chill briefly to set.
- Pour the melted milk chocolate over the top, spreading evenly to cover everything.
- Chill again until firm, then slice into squares or bars and serve.
