Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan
    Preheat your oven to 350 °F (≈ 175 °C). Grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan generously.

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients
    In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. Some lumps are okay.

  3. Mix Dry Ingredients & Combine
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and stir just until everything is incorporated.

  4. Bake
    Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a skewer or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. Cool & Slice
    Let the bread cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before removing. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
