Preheat & Prepare Pan
Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together xanthan gum, baking powder, sweetener, almond flour, salt, and coconut flour. -
Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, beat together butter, almond milk, eggs, sour cream until smooth. -
Make the Dough
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until you form a smooth, slightly sticky dough. -
Divide & Shape Rolls
Divide the dough into ten equal portions. Shape each portion into a roll (round shape). -
Egg Wash & Bake
Brush each roll with the egg yolk (for a glossy golden finish). Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. -
Cool & Serve
Remove from oven and let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
