Step 1: Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and melted butter.

Combine wet and dry ingredients into a sticky dough. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 2: Fry the Donuts

Heat oil in a deep pan to 325°F (160°C).

Scoop dough with a small spoon and gently roll into balls.

Fry in small batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes).

Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 3: Coat

While still warm, roll donut holes in powdered erythritol (and cinnamon if using).
