Ingredients

For the breadsticks dough

  • ⅔ cup warm water (90-110 °F)

  • 1½ Tbsp active dry yeast

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour blend (e.g. Measure for Measure GF flour)

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp gluten-free baking powder

  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

  • 1 large egg

  • ⅓ cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)

For the garlic butter

  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1 Tbsp parsley, minced

  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
