Instructions
1. Make the Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms. Cover and let rest for 45 minutes in a warm place.
2. Roll & Fill
Lightly flour a piece of parchment paper with gluten-free flour.
Place the dough on top and gently roll into a rectangle (about 10×14 inches).
Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the butter.
3. Shape the Rolls
Using the parchment paper to help, roll the dough tightly into a log.
Slice into 9–12 even rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss.
Place rolls into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake cinnamon rolls for 25–30 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
5. Glaze & Serve
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
